Ken Raskin is the president of Monarch Mortgage and will be happy to assist you with your mortgage needs. Ken went to Sarah Lawrence College where he minored in economics. He developed the construction to permanent loan programs that Monarch Mortgage offers. Ken is always available should you have questions or comments about Monarch Mortgage, he is based out of the Asheville office.
Born in Charlotte, NC, David Bivens is a Senior Loan Officer for Monarch Mortgage. He has been in the home sales and finance industries for nearly 15 years. David is an expert in condominium financing as well as construction to permanent financing.
Bridgit Anderson manages our processing division, which is based out of Monarch Mortgage's flagship location in Asheville, North Carolina. Bridgit has years of experience processing government program files, construction loans and of course purchase and refinance loans. Kevin F. Johnson is a senior loan officer with Monarch Mortgage. Kevin has worked in the mortgage industry as a loan officer for three years. Kevin grew up in Florida where he earned a bachelor's degree in finance. He is a purchase and refinance specialist.
Steve McClanahan has been with Monarch since 2006. Prior to becoming a mortgage broker Steve was a Vice President for Auto Zone. Steve is also a licensed North Carolina real estate agent.
Billy W Morgan is one of the few Asheville natives. He graduated from the University of North Carolina Asheville with a BA in Mathematics, he also has earned an AAS in Accounting from AB Tech. When Billy is not working on your mortgage he likes to spend time cycling, snowboarding and running. Billy also plays the upright bass.
Penny Parker was a real estate investor prior to joining Monarch Mortgage. She eventually figured out that it would be less expensive to just come to work for us. Penny is happy to be your mortgage expert whether you are a first time homebuyer or an investor with dozens of properties.
Nardi Rundell is a Spanish speaking loan officer who is happy to help you with your mortgage anywhere in North Carolina. Nardi is a native of Cuba a former math teacher. She is available to explain mortgage complexities in Spanish so you can be sure you understand the details of your loan.
Les Young has worked in the mortgage industry for years and has also worked extensively as an auditor. Les is detail oriented and is a refinance specialist.
